Managing Partner

An industry veteran, has extensive experience in executive sales, business development and marketing positions with leading technology manufacturers in multiple channels of distribution.  His roles have focused on developing profitable new channels, end-user demand and strategic partnerships for high technology companies including Epson, HP/Compaq and Segway. Ron also has extensive experience in multiple channels of distribution with excellent senior-level relationships in the North America retail, reseller, and end-user communities. Ron's well-rounded technology consulting experience includes development of successful strategies and tactics for enterprise business development, effective reseller programs, and profitable retail distribution for companies including Qualcomm, Logitech, SanDisk, Cisco and HP. He has created and developed high level strategic alliances with major national retail accounts and facilitated strategic partnership deals with leading technology manufacturers and service providers.

Managing Partner

Is a highly analytical & creative marketing, sales, and consumer insights professional with greater than 20 years of regional and global success. Scott has a deliberate and decisive approach to problem solving; with extensive experience in data rich environments such as distribution, retail, and manufacturing. He is equally at ease working in the creative and qualitative realms found in marketing, strategy and new product development. Scott has honed his extensive experience to define complex competitive landscapes uncovering areas of opportunity creating unique go-to-market strategies, services, and value propositions for large fortune 500 companies like Qualcomm, Samsung, Circuit City and AT&T as well as multiple pre-VC round start-ups. As a consultant Scott brings an in-depth working knowledge of all aspects involved in taking a product or service from conception to market. He has been the retailer, the OEM, the ingredient brand as well as a SaaS vendor.

Vice President of International Consulting
​Cindy is a highly experienced Sales Executive. Prior to joining RS Consulting, Cindy held various global sales roles at Microsoft, where her accountabilities included managing various global sales teams, enterprise customers, enterprise partners and device partners. Cindy’s track record also includes mid-size business and start ups engagement with global technology companies like Microsoft and its channel partners. Cindy has deep understanding of the Taiwan and China technology ecosystem in building software, services and hardware products delivering solutions for both enterprises and consumers. Before Cindy joined Microsoft in 2001, she spent 5 years with HP in Cupertino, California. At the peak of the dot-com wave, Cindy was the WW Marketing Manager for programs targeting start-ups. Cindy has a Bachelor’s degree from University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Cornell University. She is a world citizen and has lived in 6 countries on three different continents.
